Other than location, how is having a barn wedding different from weddings at a more traditional venue?


The difference is four additional steps and the freedom to have exactly what you want, your way!

  • The first step will be to select a caterer. Unlike an experience with a traditional wedding venue, our facility gives you the opportunity to select from a wide variety of food providers. We have the added advantage of having a local agricultural community and caterers that utilize these local resources.

  • The second step is for the rental of tables, chairs, and linens. There are several companies in our area who provide these services. They will set up according to your individual plan and take down after the event.

  • The third step is for rental of portable toilet facilities. (Barns don’t have bathrooms). Modern luxury restroom trailers can be as fancy as any you would find in a fine hotel. Some trailer facilities come with flushing china toilets, hot and cold running water, music, air conditioning and hardwood cabinetry and doors. Even basic facilities have lighting and running water.

  • The fourth step is to purchase an insurance rider on your renter's or homeowner's policy. If this is not available through your insurance carrier you may purchase it from or Please refer to our contract for further instruction.

Also please remember that this is an outdoor event so you will have to take the weather into consideration. Please encourage your guests to wear appropriate clothing and shoes. Provide them with sunscreen and bug spray.

How much will it cost to have my event?

  • Please contact us for a quote.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve your date.

What is included?

  • Use of the barn and surrounding property for the entire weekend! You will be granted access to the barn beginning on Thursday morning and concluding on Sunday. This will allow you plenty of time for decorating and rehearsing. We will never double book an event. Once we receive your deposit and signed contract the weekend is yours!

  • A grass parking lot for you and your guests.

  • Garbage cans, bags, and trash removal.

  • Mismatched china plates and silverware.

  • Access to our ever growing stash of wedding décor and supplies (please contact us for a list).
